Each live offer states what it collects on its own page. The same text is repeated here, by offer, rather than folded into one policy that could say something a particular offer does not actually do.

The Brief, three niches

We collect

  • your email, to send the links to your pages
  • the niches you name, which is what the pages are built from
  • that you pay each month, and which version of this offer you bought

We do not collect

  • payment card details. Stripe takes the payment and we never see the card
  • passwords or access to any of your accounts or your clients’ accounts
  • cross-site tracking, advertising identifiers or device fingerprints

Your pages are kept for 12 months after your last paid month so you can go back to them, then deleted. Your email and the order record are kept while you are a customer and for as long as the law requires a sales record.

Email us and we delete your pages, your niches and your contact record within 30 days and confirm when it is done.

  • the run itself: the scored rows and the page, kept for twelve months
  • that you paid, and which version of this offer you bought

  • cross-site tracking, advertising identifiers or device fingerprints

Your page and its run are kept for 12 months, then they stop being shown and are deleted. Your email and the order record are kept while the page is live and for as long as the law requires a sales record.

Booking Path Implementation

We collect

  • the audit you are asking us to act on, and the findings in it
  • the access you give us to whatever holds your site, for as long as the work runs
  • the name and email of the person who signs off the changes
  • before-and-after captures of the pages we change, stored as timestamped snapshots

We do not collect

  • payment card details — Stripe handles the payment and we never see the card
  • your customers, their bookings, or anything from your booking system
  • your ad account, analytics or call records at this price
  • cross-site tracking, advertising identifiers or device fingerprints

Before-and-after evidence is kept for 24 months so a change can still be checked against what it replaced. Any access you gave us is handed back or revoked at handover, and we ask you to confirm it.

Email us and we delete the evidence and your contact record within 30 days, and confirm when it is done.

Transportation Revenue Leakage Audit

We collect

  • the website, phone number and routes you tell us to inspect
  • the name and email of the person who receives the report
  • the public pages we fetch during the inspection, stored as timestamped snapshots
  • a first-party visit cookie so we can tell a real visit from a bot

We do not collect

  • payment card details — Stripe handles the payment and we never see the card
  • logins, API keys or account access of any kind
  • your customers, their bookings, or anything from your booking system
  • cross-site tracking, advertising identifiers or device fingerprints

Report evidence is kept for 24 months so a finding can still be checked against what we saw. Visit records are kept for 90 days.

Email us and we delete your report, its evidence and your contact record within 30 days, and confirm when it is done.

We collect

  • the Whop business, products and prices you ask us to configure
  • the hostname you want webhooks pointed at
  • the name and email of the person who approves going live
  • a first-party visit cookie so we can tell a real visit from a bot

We do not collect

  • payment card details — Whop handles the payment and we never see the card
  • your customers, their memberships, or their payment methods
  • cross-site tracking, advertising identifiers or device fingerprints

Configuration records and the handover document are kept for 24 months so an object we created can still be traced. Visit records are kept for 90 days.

Email us and we delete your configuration records and contact details within 30 days, and confirm when it is done. Objects created inside your own Whop account are yours and are not ours to delete.
